Management & Staff
Chief Executive Officer Larry Griggers' experience at the highest level of government puts him in a position to offer unique consulting services to tax officials. For three decades he has given advice and taught local officials how to understand and master the property tax laws of this state. He is an excellent communicator, lecturer and consensus builder.
AVTACS has assembled a team of professionals who are highly experienced and adept at mass appraisal, appeals handling, public relations, WinGAP, GIS, tax collections, computing, networking, website development and maintenance and is well postured to become the ideal solution for a county's appraisal and collection needs.
