Biography
Chris attended Middle Georgia College in Cochran. From 2002 until 2005 he worked for Technical Appraisal
Services as a Field Appraiser. He has appraised both residential and commercial properties and has assisted
with setting land values on lake properties. He has also appraised numerous lake properties in Baldwin, Jackson,
and Sumter Counties. Chris was also responsible for training new field appraisers and instructing county employees
on property tax evaluations and public relations.
