Biography

Debbie has been with the firm since it began operations in 2004. She attending Georgia College in Milledgeville, Georgia where she obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing. She retired from nursing after 20 years, but came out of retirement to join her husband in the appraisal business.

Debbie enjoys field work and has appraised thousands of properties since receiving her GREAB license. Her keen eye for detail has earned her the task of reviewing the work of the other field appraisers. She also organizes their schedules and keeps the project on schedule.
